Qualification Graduation (HR)
Experience: should have 3 year experience in same domain
- Maintaining employee database and send to Head office
- Maintain proper Soft and hard database of employees and records of employee attendance and leaves
- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and administration
- Coordinate orientation for new employees
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Serve as point of contact with administrators.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Complete Resignation/termination paperwork.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR practices.
- Reporting to Head Office
- Any other task assign by line manager.
