  1. ERP/ Employee database administration.
  2. Maintaining employee master data.
  3. Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  4. Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, saving deductions, job title and transfers.
  5. Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leaves, and nontaxable wages.
  6. Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee income, Social Security, EOBI, taxes and workers compensations.
  7. Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  8. Provides payroll information and requests.
  9. Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  10. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  12. Any other task assigned by the management.
